This property is on the North West end of the Pilot Valley closest to the foothills which run along the Utah Nevada state line. There are few houses out here but the roads leading to the property are well defined and can be traveled by any vehicle.
Vegetation includes sage brush and prairie grass with the occasional cactus and wildflower. To the east there are juniper trees in the mountains. There is a ranch with irrigated land about 3 miles to the north of the property.
This would be a great place to homestead if you wan to live off the grid. I have seen Elk and Antelope herds in this area. I have also seen rabbits, coyote, lizards an birds. There are two decent cell towers that cover this valley, one to the north of SR233 by Tecoma Road and one on Pilot Road. The nearest town is Montello which has a convenience store/gas station, post office, motel, café, bar, etc. The nearest town with full amenities is Wendover which is about 35 miles away. Beautiful views of the mountains all around with Pilot Peak to the south and Gamble Valley to the north
